THE CLIENT a development firm interested in conducting architectural contests on a worldwide level, requires a new kind of Office for a new generation of needs, for one of the most beautiful districts of Lima, Perú, Miraflores, in the middle of the city. The architecture of this building should serve as an ecological example with relation to the efficiency of the own building, related with the high quality temperatures of the site, natural ventilation and taking the utmost advantage of climate in order to get a LEED qualification (Leadership in Energy in Environmental Design).
