The best solution for the new building complex of Estonian National Broadcast Building as well as the planning its territory.

Description
The competition site is located in Tallinn, at the address of Tuisu 21, in the Kristiine district, approx 4,5 km from the city centre and approx 5 km from the Tallinn Ülemiste Airport. The size of the land plot is 23,934 m2. The total space of the building is approx. 10,000 m2.

The result of the Design Competition will be used as a basis for the detailed plan to be prepared as an amendment of the general plan and for the planning of the building complex and its immediate vicinity.
