Description
The subject of the competition is the architectural concept for multifunctional complex development, located on the area adjacent to the Sofia Embankment. The project envisages the creation of housing and apartment complexes with underground parking, office and shopping facilities, as well as landscaped interior and adjacent areas, including the Sofia Embankment of the Moscow River.

Prize
In the event that within one (1) year from the day of the decision on the Winner and distribution of the rating of the Concepts the Winner and Client fail to reach a mutually acceptable agreement on the Winner's participation in project implementation, the Client is entitled to purchase exclusive rights to the Concept in the previously established amount of US$ 250,000.
