Description
A bank branch is a complex system that includes a number of different operations, such as the exchange of documents, information and data, but above all contacts to establish a relationship of trust and service. A branch bank is also a structure that involves a process of continuous interaction in the performance of its activities:
- man/machine interaction
- man/man interaction
- man/environment interaction

The branch, and the counter in particular, becomes the first, basic point of contact between those who give and those who receive a service, and represents the starting point of a new design system.
Participants are asked to design a bank branch of no more than 300 sq.m., concentrating exclusively on the interior environment, dividing the layout into functional areas, focusing on the various service channels, providing facilities such as self service banking, customer services and customer experience, and focusing in particular on the counter area, paying particular attention to practicality, technology and relations that put the customer first.
