Description
Create a wooden prefab house that will create the basis for a new kind of prefabricated community. Sustainable and scalable, we're looking for beautiful prefabricated houses that will get contractors excited to build them and people excited to live there.
We are looking for a residential building that will serve as the basis for a new kind of prefabricated community, eschewing common issues endemic to prefabricated buildings (lack of creativity, monotonous designs).
We want to see a residential building that is prefabricated without losing any of the joy and creativity of a home.
We want to see a livable and innovative house design that makes the most of available building materials, embracing their creative and sustainable potential.
The home you design can be located in either a rural, suburban, or an urban environment, and we welcome designs that push the boundaries of what a home can look like.
