This competition will look to develop an architectural design concept for the Ukraina Hotel entryway, based on the parameters as set out in the Competition Brief.
The competition will commission architectural design concepts, and select the best among them being the one that best meets the requirements of the Competition Brief and the Competition criteria Three Finalists of the Competition will thus be the authors of the best Architectural Concepts — of which one is proposed to be involved in the preparation of the design documentation.

The Client will hold commercial negotiations with each one of them to establish the Winner.
The award for participating in Stage II of the Competition will be paid in roubles equivalent to 10,000 (ten thousand) US dollars for each participant, excluding VAT.
