Waterfront Plan: A description (2 pages) and additional materials (slides, photographs, letters, etc.)
The Clearwater Award: A description (2 pages) and backup material (newspaper clippings, photos or slides, membership/annual reports, letters of endorsement and support, or other documentation)
Student Award: A description (2 pages) and up to 20 color digital images
