Concept Design for the complex of buildings including existing philharmonic hall and the adjacent territory

Description
These Provisions regulate the procedure for holding an open international competition for the development of an architectural and artistic concept for the construction of a concert hall of the Sverdlovsk State Academic Philharmonic in the city of Yekaterinburg (hereinafter referred to as the competition) in accordance with the Decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region of 01.03.2018 No37-RG, as well as the procedure for determining the winner of the competition.
The subject of the companion is the architectural and design concept of the new building of the State Autonomous Cultural Institution the Sverdlovsk Region “The Sverdlovsk Order of the Red Banner State Academic Philharmonic” with the adjacent territory.
The competition is held in order to create a unique philharmonic complex in the city of Yekaterinburg that meets the international requirements for staging world-class musical events, as well as to identify options for functional planning, urban planning and landscape-architectural solutions by comparing and evaluating the submitted competitive materials to identify the best architectural and design solution that meets the terms of reference for the development of the architectural and design concept of the new building of the Sverdlovsk State Academic Philharmonic Society in the city of Yekaterinburg.
