DESCRIPTION:This is a competition of artworks to be developed within the Echigo-Tsumari region (Tokamachi city and Tsunan town), the venue for the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennial. This is the second call for proposals towards the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennial 2009. Proposals are taken through two separate competitions, of which this is the first. Please make a concrete proposal describing what image of artwork you wish to make, in what type of environment and how you intend to realize it.
