Description
This is a two stage open competition for an inspirational design for the site.

The objective is to deliver an outstanding development, which not only realises the potential of this site, but embraces the waterfront in Leeds.

The design should be for a high quality sustainable development delivered to high architectural standards.

This site represents an exciting opportunity for architects to create a landmark development for one of the last remaining waterfront sites in the city. Should this inspire you, we hope that you will bring forward enthusiastic ideas for the site.
