Overview
This competition is designed to gather diverse ideas on designing programs and presentation environments that can be materialized within the Big-O, the core facility of the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea, from eng and international experts in the fields of culture, art, cinema, audio, history, landscape, architecture, urban development and civil engineering.

Description
Total project area : 1,450,000㎡ (18,000㎡ land section)
- Participants in the competition may propose ideas for the land and sea areas that exceed the total project area. However, the spatial plans for the land section should be considered.
Total project budget : about 132.7 billion won (including VAT)
- Participants should propose ideas that are economically feasible within the constraints of the total project budget.
- The total project budget includes the budget for restoring the sea, and it may be partially adjusted according to changes in the promoter’s business plans.
Jury
The Jury will consist of experts from diverse fields selected through a intenal process.

Copyrights
The promoter or the person designated by the promoter will have the right to directly or indirectly use, modify, adapt, or change (in their entirety or partially) the ideas of the submittals or the expression thereof, or to combine them with other ideas or the expression thereof, in his/her Big-O planning and design, development and operation processes. The participant(s) will be considered to have agreed to above conditions by signing the registration certificate.
