Overview

ESPARQ requires a new kind of “Business Centre” for one of the most beautiful regions of Peru, in the department or province of Piura, near the airport and within the city’s new expansion area.

Description
The architecture of this building should serve as an ecological example with relation to the high temperatures of the site, natural ventilation and taking the utmost advantage of rain.
The winning prize for the 2nd STAGE will be of $ 10,000 USD, which is part of the working contract for the development of the architectural project, and of the remnant corresponding payment for professional fees. Said work only involves the execution and development of the following plans: Site plan, Floor plans, Sections, Elevations, and Details.
