We intends involving the most eclectic designers asking them to express their creativity using Cristalplant® Biobased, thus developing innovative and research-oriented items.

Description
The Cristalplant® Design Contest has now come to its eighth edition. It is promoted by Cristalplant® in partnership with Elica, with the aim of locating innovative projects using Cristalplant® as base material and inspired by the Elica style.
The contest includes two categories:
- YOUNG DESIGNERS, including all creative designers born after 01/01/1981. They are invited to design a cooker extractor hood in Cristalplant®,
- SENIOR DESIGNERS, including all creative designers born before 01/01/1981. They are also invited to design a cooker extractor hood in Cristalplant®.

Prize
The winning author will be entitled to develop the design of a new cooker hood in Cristalplant® in collaboration with the Elica Design Center. The decision on the possible manufacture of the product by 2018 will be at the pure discretion of Elica.
