Description
The obligatory criterias decided by the Board of Trustees include that:
1. There must be a singular building or group of buildings that can be judged by the jury.
2. The project(s) must have benefited the less privileged in society.
3. The project(s) must have architectural quality.
4. The project(s) shall be based on an ecological and environmental innovative approach.
