The competition is a new real estate concept, created as an alternative to the typical apartment buildings, at one of the most privileged sceneries in Lima.

Description
The real estate enterprises SPAZIO + PISSANO hold a wide trajectory in the Peruvian building segment, having done over the past years several important real estate projects in the Capital. Due to these experiences, they have considered necessary to organize this competition, so that they might find new and better design options, and in this way contribute to the local architectonic market. Therefore, the GREEN 360 Competition aspires togather the architects worldwide; in order to find the most interesting and front line proposal, as well as the most appropriate for SPAZIO + PISSANO Real Estate Alliance needs and targets.
The project shall consider the existence of an Apart Hotel, which is located at the lower area of the plot, and its design is already defined. Although it shall be respected as a preexistent element, no necessarily –its language or architecture‐ shall influence the new towers’ design.
