Required build up a residential project consists of Residential buildings, villas schools and mall
Apartments from 90 to 150
Duplexes from 200 to 280 for both floors
Pent houses from 150 to 24m for both floors
Town /twin /quarter houses from 220 to 400 m for both floors
Stand alone villas from 200 to 400m for both floors
Land of school should not exceed 8000 meter square
Land of mall should not exceed 1500 meter square
