Overview

I.D. is now accepting entries into the 2008 Annual Design Review. Winners will appear in the August 2008 issue of I.D.

Description
Since 1954, the Annual Design Review has recognized the best in product, furniture, graphic and environment design, from the iconic to the obscure. Throughout the years, this annual showcase has chronicled the evolution of design, and highlighted its impact on our material and visual culture.

Category
- ENVIRONMENTS: architectural projects, including interiors, commercial/retail environments, temporary or permanent exhibits/galleries, wayfinding systems, landscape design, and public open spaces
- FURNITURE: contract and residential furnishings (individual pieces or sets); lighting and bath fixtures; and wall, floor, window, and furniture coverings (including textiles, carpets, tiles, laminates, etc.)
- CONSUMER PRODUCTS
- GRAPHICS
- PACKAGING
- EQUIPMENT
- INTERACTIVE
- CONCEPTS: Design a graphic, object, or environment that raises awareness of or helps mitigate the problem of global warming.

For each category, a panel of distinguished design professionals will choose a winner or winners in three award levels.

US $100 for each submission
