Timetable
Preliminary round: Early April 2011 (20 prizewinning work to be selected at this time)
Installation of work: Winning applicants will be asked to visit Shiosai Park to set up their works during a ten-day period in mid- to late September 2011.
Final round: Mid- to late September 2011 (grand prize to be selected at this time)
