Description
It's objectives are found somewhere between the critical analysis of the architectural space and the power of intervention in a previously built local. That being said we open the competition to everyone, students and professionals alike, specially in the fields of architecture, design and the arts. The proposals may either reflect a multidisciplinaryapproach or be solely devoted to architecture or one the art fields - sculpture, painting, performance, etc.
The contest invites each one to modify with new design-schemes the man west hall (“cube”) and the entrance wall of FAUP (see picture). Each proposal should, at least, contemplate one architectural modification/change for one of the spots. The design-scheme proposals, can’t contemplate abrading agents or non-reversible ideas, once the space can’t be damaged in any way. The proposals can be done around the “cube” or the wall. The design-scheme to present, can’t be superior to 500€, distributed for both spots.
