Description
This task includes landscaping the area around this object in such a way that it is possible to use all year round for public events such as exhibitions, open-air concerts, theatrical performances ect. It is desirable to leave a green areas boundary in the existing boundaries and give suggestions for further planting within them.
The site for the object will be in the center of Novosibirsk, on the square named after engineer Nikolay Nikitin (crossroad of Oktyabrskaya Magistral and Kamenskaya st. , close to The Globus Theater. Object site – the basin of the reflecting pool (the cold water basin) was built for technological purposes for the Globus Theater. Currently, the pool is inoperable. The pool basin has the shape of an inverted cone with a curved surface. The diameter is 22 m, the depth is 2 m. There are metal sprinklers that are located in the center of the bowl and along the circumference 9 ( will be disassembled). The surface of the bowl is made of concrete while around the bowl; there are two concrete surface rings.
