Description
The property sits on a sloping rectangular plot measuring 7,000 sf. Its condition is undesirable due to the lack of maintenance, non-usage and ad-hoc renovations by previous owners. Whilst we reckon that there is a possibility of a complete rebuild, we would like to retain as much of its current materials and structure.
We are conscious of our environment and would like our abode to reflect that in our living habits. It should be the platform for us to teach our 3 young children the importance of sustaining our environment and inculcate the habits of sustainable living.
