Description
The desired residential tower strives to become a new prototype for one of the key residential areas in Lima, Peru. In other words, this project should be think for a single person (single, divorced, widow or a newly wedding couple) who wish to live in the coolest zone of San Isidro. This is why ARQUIA, (www.miloftboutique.com) wishes not just to adapt national parameters and regulations, but also to subscribe to sterling international quality, renewable energy and green design criteria in an effort to set a precedent in local standards, whilst helping to revitalize the inner market and setting a precedent in residential buildings.

1st PRIZE: 200,000 for development of the project + US $ 5000 for winning the first prize

3rd PRIZE: Free membership for participate in all ARQUITECTUM competitions for a year.
