開催概要

国連コソヴォ暫定行政ミッション（UNMIK）フェリザイ/ウロシェバツ市　モビリティセンタープロジェクト。モビリティセンタープロジェクトを実現し、フェリザイ/ウロシェバツ市中心市街地の将来像を得ることを目的とするコンペ。鉄道駅とバスターミナルを地域公共交通拠点として活用することにより、経済環境を改善することが重要となる。対象エリアとして、アクションエリアとコアエリアが設定されており、アクションエリアではパブリックスペースなどを含む都市計画が、コアエリアでは、モビリティセンターの基本設計の現実的でかつサスティナブルな提案が求められる。自治体は入賞したチームとの交渉のもと、提案を変更する権利をもち、そのアイデアの全体または一部を具体のプロジェクトに反映する。（以下は、UN-HABITAT Kosovoからのコメント。国際コンペの提出について - 郵送前に登録フォームを問い合わせメールに送ってください。日本からコソヴォへの郵便または国際宅急便は確認済みですが、場合により返送されるという事故も起こりえます。提出には余裕を持っていただくことと、郵便事故等につきましては証明書等の提出により対応いたします。）

Prize
A Selection Committee, advised by a Technical Jury, will decide the final result. The Municipality maintains the right to change the proposal in consultation with the winning teams and to develop the ideas integrally or in parts into a concrete project.
1st prize: 7,000 Euros
2nd prize: 3,000 Euros
3rd prize: 2,000 Euros

Submitted proposals should be in “A1 size” for presentation. The following is at minimum required for the proposals.
- Comprehensive urban design of the area
- Image of the main street
- Traffic control
- Mobility Centre facilities (Building plan/ bus terminal /taxi parking /railway station / cross section / design image / human mobility)
- Public transport management
- Phases of implementation
