Description
Parting from the concept of localization, New Taipei City expects a multi-arts center adequate for the area and city at the international level. It is expected that by playing the role of arts-core, it will lead the city into an artistic professionalism and satisfy the needs of the artists and performers as well as the citizens.This project can be divided into different sections such as Museum of Contemporary Art, Children's Museum of Arts, multifunctional performance hall, administrative space, public service space, parking space etc.
The project is handled through an open tendering process to evaluate the outstanding architectural team, and together to create a landmark for New Taipei City, as well as increase value of tourism and energy of art. We eagerly welcome the domestic and foreign Architectural team to take part in bidding!

Prize
The budget for this service procurement is about NTD 116,100,000 and furthermore the detail design, construction supervision and construction tendering work of performance hall, outdoor performance facility and landscape project are conducted as subsequent expanded service. The maximum budget for expanded service is NTD$ 45,900,000 (including tax).
