Building Design:
- Repurposing and re-skinning an existing multi-story commercial office building to convert it into a low-carbon, net-zero energy, multi-use building
- Design a low-rise (6 or 7 story) mixed-use urban block development. This scenario imagines a building, or complex of buildings, that would occupy a typical urban block
Urban Design:
- Transform an existing suburban low-density residential neighborhood into a higher-density mixed-use, self-sufficient, re-localized neighborhood
- Transform an existing urban residential neighborhood to make it more resilient and self sufficient in providing its own food supply
