ホーチミン市のThu Thiem(トゥー・ティエム)半島に、セントラルプラザ、セントラルパーク、サイゴン川にかかる歩道橋の3つのプロジェクトの実施計画案を求めるコンペ。トゥー・ティエムは、現在様々な都市施設を備えた新都市として再開発されている地区。匿名の一次審査で6名が選出され、二次審査に進む。

Description
The Competition will elicit the most sustainable, creative, functional, and exciting ideas from domestic and international designers to enhance the development goals at Thu Thiem and to provide all of Ho Chi Minh City with a stunning, publicly accessible waterfront.
The Competition will contribute significantly to the design and implementation of first-phase public infrastructure works at Thu Thiem, currently underway.
The Competition will result in the selection of an outstanding and visionary proposal for the Central Plaza, Crescent Park, and Pedestrian Bridge for future implementation at Thu Thiem and will reflect a uniquely Vietnamese cultural identity as well as the representing the latest trends in sustainability, public space, landscape architecture, architecture, and engineering.

Two-Stage, Anonymous Competition
Prize
First Prize: USD$50,000 and the right to negotiate a contract for the development of detailed schematic designs
Second Prize: USD$30,000
Third Prize: USD$15,000
Six (6) shortlisted firms will be paid in the amount of USD$20,000 each
