The triennial secretariat is currently investigating communities in Echigo-Tsumari in order to identify villages/sites/communities with potentials for hosting artworks or activities. In this competition, we accept proposals without genre restriction, as long as they are based on the village data we publish, making most of the characteristics of the sites, or reflecting requests made by local communities.
