The desired residential tower strives to become a new prototype for one of the key residential areas in Lima, Peru. In other words, this project should contribute to San Isidro´s urban profile, while emphasizing the contemporary nature of a twenty-first century building. This is why ESPARQ wishes not just to adapt national parameters and regulations, but also to subscribe to sterling international quality, technology and design criteria in an effort to set a precedent in local standards, whilst helping to revitalize the inner market and setting a precedent in residential buildings.
The building will have a minimum built apartment area of 6000 square meters (including walls and circulation areas) which need be organized in the following number of units:
- 13 apartment units of 400 square meters
- 3 units of 250 square meters, preferably located between the 3rd and 4th stories.
If the winning architect is not Peruvian, ARQUITECTUM will be in charge of associating him to a peruvian architect, so that he/she may develop the project in its integrity.
