Description
The Korea Racing Authority (KRA) wishes to construct "LetsRun Park Yeongcheon", a theme park incorporating a racetrack in Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province that will hopefully become a local attraction at which people of all ages can come to have fun. LetsRun Park Yeongcheon will be a horse-themed racetrack and theme park, setting it apart from other theme parks and pre-existing racetracks in Korea. Its goal and purpose is to improve the overall image of horse racing and contribute to the horse industry, become a tourist destination and attraction that enriches the local economy, and by earning a profit, provide an exemplary model for theme park development.

Honorable Mention(Eight entries) : KRW 5 million each
All winners except the First Prize winner will receive an additional KRW 10 million to cover production costs.
