Description
- Design Scope
Designing Working Space, Retail Space and other necessary spaces for the Garak Mall Distribution Center
- Scale
Net Floor Area: Under 10,000㎡
Allowance Range of Floor Area : ±10% (Retail Space ±3% per each lot(18㎡), Storage Space –20%)
Retail Space Lot(18㎡) can be more than 66 lots per floor.
The Floor Area of the Water Tower will not be included in the Net Floor Area.
- Site Area: approx. 3,097㎡
- Estimated / Construction cost: 18,000 million KRW
- Design Fee Budget: 735 million KRW
