今年が第1回目となる国際デザインアワード。対象分野は、建築、インテリア、ファッション、プロダクト、グラフィック。優秀作品は、出版や展覧会、ウェブサイトによって世界に広く公開される。各部門にはそれぞれ学生部門も設けられている。進行中もしくは完成した作品が対象で、第1回目となる今年度は、完成日の制限はない。

Description
The Architect of the Year, Interior Designer of the Year, Fashion Designer of the Year, Product Designer of the Year and Graphic Designer of the Year will each receive publication of his/her work in the 2008 International Design Awards hardcover art book, to be distributed to museum bookstores nationwide; promotion in an email blast to 100,000 design professionals and potential clients worldwide; year-long coverage on the International Design Awards website; and critical acclaim by our distinguished panel of judges.
