Portuguese practice Impromptu Arquitectos have been selected from over 100 entrants who took part in the international 'Make Me a Home' competition.
開催概要
イギリス、ストックトンオンティーズの川沿いに広がる約23haの敷地に住宅、オフィス、ショップ、ホテル、レジャー施設、ダラム大学の新施設などを新たに建設する計画がある。その中にある住居区に最終的に250世帯が暮らすため住宅のデザイン決定するための実施コンペ。応募要項は、アーバンスプラッシュならではの挑発的な内容になっている。人よりデザインを見る姿勢があり、若手にもチャンスがあると思われる。審査員には、デイヴィド・アジャイが含まれる。詳しい応募要項の取り寄せるには、登録料として50ポンドを事務局であるRIBAに送金する。

The shortlist will be invited for an interview and each will receive £2,000 +VAT honorarium.
The winner or winners will win the commission to work with the Northshore Development Partnership Ltd to deliver the scheme.

How to Enter
If you want to Make me a Home you have to register with the RIBA Competitions Office who will send you a beautiful brief which will tell you more about the what's, who's, where's and when's of the competition and an official declaration form. Your entry will not be valid unless you send this form with your submission.
