Description
The International Financial Center in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye is a 460 ha mixed-use development project located in “New Moscow”. The project involves the construction of offices, housing and hotels, as well as commercial and social infrastructure.
The Competition objective is the Masterplan for the Project Site and the Facility, which includes:
(a) the masterplan of the Project Site designating the elements of the Facility: uses and functional areas, infrastructure and building footprints; and
(b) general urban planning, transport, spatial, architectural, landscape, engineering and other solutions for the Project Site and the Facility .
The purpose of the Competition is as follows:
(a) preparation of Masterplans and selection, by way of examination and comparison, of the best three of them that best conform to the Competition Brief, the Competition Criteria, and other provisions of the Competition Documentation; and
(b) determination of the three Finalists- the creators of the best Masterplans- in order to select from them, subsequently, the Author Finalist whom the Client intends to involve in further implementation of the Project and preparation of the urban design documentation with respect to the Facility as the author of the masterplan for the Project Site and the Facility .
