Description
Enlarge opportunities for local residents to enjoy culture by providing various culture/art programs and establish cultural infrastructure such as the transmission of traditional art, the establishment of space for performance and education, etc.
Establishment of identity as the city of cultural art by creating creative space and promoting creative talents in the field of traditional art with being selected as UNESCO the Creative Cities and improvement of the urban environment.
Location: The whole area of 17-14 Manggyoeng-dong Jinju-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
Site Area : 7,320㎡
Total Floor Area : 8,000㎡ (Total floor area adjustment range ±5%)
Use:
Culture and meeting facility (auditorium and exhibition hall), neighborhood living facility (Resting restaurant)
Estimated cost of construction: 33,000million won (incl. tax)
Estimated cost of design: 1,981,000 thousand won (incl. tax and guaranteed securities for liability of damage, etc.)
Design Period: 12 months from commencement date after the contract with the elected person (incl. holidays)
