Description
Soundroom was born with the outlook of creating a new concept of unique quality rehearsal spaces for musicians in Madrid. The appeal and originality of the design of these spaces, is valued by the company as an important part of its overall concept. Therefore, Soundroom has the intention of searching attractive and innovative proposals that provide originality in that sense. The purpose of this competition is to seek proposals that define the distribution of the space within the industrial building that was acquired in Madrid to house these rehearsal spaces.
Soundroom and OPENGAP will reward the winning idea, which in no way implies the loss of intellectual property for the author(s), paving the way for a future collaboration and agreement with the author(s) of the winning proposal.
The site to be developed is the industrial building number 10 within the industrial complex located at Calle Hormigueros Nr. 24 in the industrial park of Vallecas, Madrid.

1st Prize: € 3200 Three thousand two hundred Euro as payment of draft project
2nd Prize: € 600 Six hundred Euro
3rd Prize: € 300 Three hundred Euro
Mentions: Mentions will not have an economic prize.
