テーマ：IT + ECOLOGY

Description
In this competition, we hope to explore how to apply and adapt architecture, an artificial ecosystem, to the surrounding nature, and how to change and adjust the relationship between nature and architecture in future space. We intend to find a vision for future architecture from the interaction between natural and artificial ecosystems, and present examples of ecosystems of living between machine and human beings, representing information ecology and interaction, in this computing technology age. We hope that through this competition, architecture will grow into an essential way of dialogue for the human civilization.

Two-Stage

Prize
Grand Prize (1): 5 million KRW
1st Prize (1): 2 million KRW
2nd Prize (3): each 1 million KRW
3rd Prize (many): One year Free Subscription to Monthly Magazine Space
* The prize winners get preferential treatment when they apply to the Space Group.

1. Less than 20 pages of Power-point File
2. Two copies of printed Power-point Images

Timetable
Preliminary judging announcement and notification of final judging (qualified teams): Sept. 22, 2008 (notified later)
Final judging and award ceremony: early October 2008 (to be notified later)
Exhibition: for one week after the final judging in early October 2008
