World Architecture Newsが行っているアワードの新シリーズで、完成後も価値をつくり続ける建築物を表彰する。対象は2009年3月までに完成した作品、相変わらず登録料が高い。

Description
A building's true effectiveness is judged by many performance measurements sometimes many years after it has been completed. Has the design impacted on the core functionality and purpose of the building? For instance has a new building helped the school increase its academic ranking? Has an office refurb. increased productivity? Or has a new retail outlets design and configuration increased sales? But its more than this...a buildings effect can also be measured by how it has contributed to its local economy, has the building become a catalyst for further renewal and regeneration? How about the buildings sustainability performance? Or technological innovation, was a new technique trialled on the building and since been used elsewhere?
